Aside from the awards and publications,Jennifer works closely with you, the couple and if applicable, your planner to select your music and performs in all weddings.. Regardless of a string quartet or a violinist hired, you will have an amazing experience and your guests will love it as well!
+Jennifer Louie, Violinist (solo musician) is available year-round and can perform on weekdays and weekends for weddings and corporate events, subject to availability. This is great for couples whom have limited performance area requirements and are willing to have music services at a better price point.
*Jennifer Louie Violin & Musicians division (string duo, trio or quartet) are seasonal from September-November and January-April on Saturdays for weddings and corporate events, subject to availability. Please note that JLVM has specific performance area requirements due to multiple musicians to ensure an amazing premium musical experience.

2026 Events Investment:
Music services offered include the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception as well as la carte services. Jennifer Louie offers customized proposals once availability is confirmed by her.

Booking Process:
1. Inquiring: check availability on your wedding date and answering any questions Jennifer may have regarding your event:
Once Jennifer receives your phone call or message, she’ll ask you some questions about your wedding (I.e. confirmed ceremony start time, venue name/address, approximate guest count and if wedding ceremony is outdoors, a Plan B in case of inclement weather/protection from elements) are some of the questions ask before confirming availability and scope of the event. Occasionally, it may be necessary to contact your venue for additional information. Jennifer requires that venues are booked before contacting her for availability.
2. It’s the date!
Once you approve the proposal sent via email, Jennifer will finalize booking arrangements made either by phone or in-person before a written agreement/deposit link is sent out. Once the signed written agreement is received and deposit paid, your event is on Jennifer’s calendar! Jennifer accepts a limited number of celebrations on a first-come, first-served basis with receipt of signed written agreeement and paid deposit.
3. The Details:
Jennifer will send a wedding music/wedding party form for you to select your music choices on jenniferviolinist.com/songlist and return back by an agreed upon due date.
Music selection appointments are available upon request. Jennifer can proofread programs and supply songwriter information. Final balance payment are due typically 30-45 days prior to event. Once Jennifer receives your final balance, she will release information to your wedding planner (if applicable) for your timeline and will schedule your final details phone appointment which varies based on collection selected to ensure your wedding music experience is fabulous and will answer any questions you may have regarding your wedding music experience.
4. Your Wedding Music Experience Comes To Life!
Upon arriving at your venue, Jennifer and her musicians (if applicable) will check-in with your wedding director/planner and go over music notes and cue with the officiant. If possible, Jennifer will greet you briefly. Once the check-in process has been complete, Jennifer will set up and we begin/finish as noted on the signed written agreement as a part of an amazing wedding music experience!
